Effective September 1, 2024, Classic Mortgage Corporation will amalgamate with Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp., with Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp. continuing as the successor mortgage investment corporation (corporate entity).

Premiere Home Mortgage Ltd. (d.b.a. Premiere Mortgage) is the Manager for Premiere Canadian Mortgage Corp. and will be your point of contact going forward. Any enquiries relating to Classic Mortgage Corporation should be forwarded to Premiere Mortgage at 1-800-663-4150 or email to admin@premhome.ca.

If you have a mortgage with Classic Mortgage Corporation, you will be receiving information directly regarding your account from Premiere Mortgage and Premiere Canadian. For any further enquiries regarding your Classic mortgage, please contact Premiere’s offices as noted above.
